Welcome to Powercuci. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Powercuci ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sportsbook and live casino platform accessible at powercuci.cam ("Platform", "Site", "Service").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the Platform, enabling access to betting, gaming, and financial services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, including real-money deposits, bonus credits, and winnings, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under our compliance obligations before withdrawals may be processed.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any staking of real funds on a sports event outcome or casino game result through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a User must wager before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 35x).
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of operation on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

To register and maintain an account on Powercuci, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Powercuci does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 21. This requirement is strictly enforced and non-negotiable.
• You are a natural person, acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or agent of Powercuci, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You do not reside in or access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or any other gambling restriction that would prohibit your use of this Platform.
• The funds you deposit originate from legitimate sources, and you are the lawful owner of the payment method used.

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds and bonuses.

Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your Malaysian MyKad or passport, a valid email address, date of birth, and a secure password. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Powercuci strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Powercuci will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as authorised by you unless you have reported a security compromise in advance.

Powercuci accepts deposits via a range of payment methods available to Malaysian players, including but not limited to: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and supported cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction, unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. Powercuci reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from payment methods held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Powercuci does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — DuitNow and FPX are typically instant, while cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times.
• Deposits cannot be reversed once processed. If you believe an error has occurred, contact our support team immediately.

Cryptocurrency Deposits

Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of conversion. The equivalent MYR value will be credited to your account. Powercuci is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and conversion.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods previously used for deposits, or to verified accounts held in the name of the registered Powercuci player. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification Requirement

Prior to processing any withdrawal, Powercuci requires successful completion of KYC verification. You will be required to submit:

• A clear copy of your Malaysian MyKad (front and back) or passport.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence showing your name and address (dated within the last 3 months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits, where required.

Processing Times

Powercuci targets an average withdrawal processing time of under 3 minutes for verified accounts using DuitNow or FPX. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified players, though high-value withdrawals may be subject to additional verification.

Powercuci offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and crypto deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out below.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Powercuci reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific welcome bonus only once. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple bonuses will result in permanent suspension.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified for each individual promotion (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x the bonus amount).
• Until wagering requirements are met, the bonus component of your balance is not withdrawable. Real-money funds deposited alongside a bonus may be subject to withdrawal restrictions at Powercuci's discretion.
• Bonuses have validity periods. Any bonus not used within the specified validity window will expire and be removed from your account.
• Powercuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, though reasonable efforts will be made to communicate changes to affected players.

All bets placed on the Powercuci Platform are subject to the applicable sports betting rules and casino game rules in force at the time of the wager. These rules are available within the Platform interface for each relevant market or game type.

Wager Acceptance

A wager is not confirmed until you receive a Bet ID confirmation on-screen. Powercuci reserves the right to decline or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where a bet is placed in error, the market is suspended, or there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation.

Odds Changes

Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time until a wager is confirmed. In-play (live) odds fluctuate in real time. Powercuci is not liable for any odds change between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is confirmed by the system.

Voided Bets

Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: match postponement or cancellation without a rescheduled date within the applicable settlement window; clearly eroneous odds (palpable error); force majeure events beyond the control of Powercuci; or evidence of fraudulent activity related to the market. Voided bets are refunded to the player's real-money balance.

Maximum Payout

Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed within the Platform and may be adjusted without prior notice. Accumulated winings exceding the stated payout limit may be reduced to the applicable maximum.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Powercuci Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to do so, for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform in any manner that could constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider trading, or collusion that affects the outcome of events offered on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN services, proxy servers, or any other means of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Conducting any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the Platform's technical infrastructure or other users' experience.
• Transfering funds between player accounts or engaging in any form of chip dumping or collusive play in casino games.

All content available on the Powercuci Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Powercuci or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software; or use any Powercuci trademarks, trade names, or branding without express written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Powercuci, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winings, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or interruption of service;
• Technical failures, system errors, or connectivity issues beyond our control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security;
• Errors in odds or game results caused by genuine technical malfunctions, where Powercuci has taken reasonable steps to correct the error promptly.

Powercuci's total aggregate liability to any individual User for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Powercuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, at any time and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Discovery that a User is underage or otherwise ineligible under these Terms;
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or legal obligation requiring account action;
• Reasonable belief that the User's continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity of our services or the safety of other users.

In the event of account closure for reasons other than misconduct, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the User's last verified payment method, less any applicable pending charges. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon account closure.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. If you are requesting closure due to problem gambling concerns, we encourage you to instead consider our self-exclusion options — see Section 13.

Powercuci is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and protecting vulnerable players. All users must be 21 years of age or older. Gambling is intended for entertainment purposes and should never be considered a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Powercuci holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between a User and Powercuci, we encourage the parties to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably by contacting our customer support team. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal escalation, the dispute may be referred to the applicable regulatory authority or an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body.

Any formal legal proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of Malaysia where applicable.
